Deep-fried Crab Domyoji

Grilled dish: Wagyu roast beef

Main dish: Sesame soy milk hotpot, domestic beef loin, domestic pork, domestic chicken thigh, shrimp dumplings, fried tofu, seasonal vegetables

Rice dish: Risotto-style porridge

Pickles: Local vegetables marinated in soy sauce and koji

Main dish: Yuzu miso sea bream shabu-shabu hotpot, grape sea bream, shrimp meatballs, tofu, white onion, Kyoto mizuna, carrots, shimeji mushrooms

Pickles: Local vegetables marinated in soy sauce and koji
