This is a luxurious course that includes not only the main clay pot dish but also sashimi and other dishes.We will also introduce the perfect Japanese sake to go with each dish.

Sashimi: Grilled horse mackerel with namero (a type of yuzu pepper) and stew: beef tendon stewed in sake lees
Deep-fried food Sakura shrimp spring rolls
Grilled Japanese beef Roast beef
Main dish: Shio Koji steamed pot with sake lees and sesame sauce
Japanese beef thigh, domestic pork, domestic chicken breast, shrimp, gyoza, seasonal vegetables
Rice dish: Rice balls made with broth made from Choro rice from Kyoto
